The 5th grader called the teacher Mr Ladyat the left. Wait till you see the mugshot
If he slapped an adult, it would be an assault
Same applies to a child
Maybe in some foreign devil country.Getting slapped around is part of the educational process, it isn't an "assault" at all.

Some children need a good paddlingLet's be honest, isn't it time society learned to be less sensitive about words and more concerned about actions?
Why in the hell is anyone slapping a kid? The weak constitution of adults today is beyond worrisome.
You mean your wife would have engaged in violence?Maybe in some foreign devil country.
Had you slapped our then 5th grade daughter I am quite sure the wife would leap on you velociraptor style and eat your eyeballs before you could breath. Then she would have gotten nasty...

Did you ever get the pointer slapped down on your knuckles? I got a closed umbrella once on my shoulder./----/ After 9 tears of Nuns and Fransiscian Brothers welding paddles and rulers across my backside, I can't get too upset about this story.
You thinking my wife is liberal...You mean your wife would have engaged in violence?
I thought libs were supposed to be above that kind of behavior

Not in public school you didn't.Pardon. I was slapped plenty of times in school here in America.
Its an excellent way to get fired or alternatively, your head blown off. When needed, its a respected and established way of educating youths.
Nuns? What the hell are you talking about?BTW, I'm not a nun, so there is no chance I'll be slapping anyone. And even nuns only slapped children as part of their official duties. A friend of mine had an aunt who was a nun with a particularly fearsome reputation for education, but she was always nice to her nephews and nieces, but she wasn't teaching them.
Need to see another source. There is no link or sourcing to the actual event. this appears made up.What would you call it though? In many cases paddling or slapping is fine with me, but not in this by that.
