Pardon. I was slapped plenty of times in school here in America.

When needed, its a respected and established way of educating youths.


BTW, I'm not a nun, so there is no chance I'll be slapping anyone. And even nuns only slapped children as part of their official duties. A friend of mine had an aunt who was a nun with a particularly fearsome reputation for education, but she was always nice to her nephews and nieces, but she wasn't teaching them.

We had a male lay teacher in 6th grade at Catholic school. He was an ex football coach. We were assigned to write a short poem and read them in class. One kid who was the school bully stood up and read his to the teacher.

Roses are red
Violets are black and
You look better with a knife in your back.

This did not go well as that teacher took this long solid wood pointer and hit the kid twice, would have hit him more but it broke.

My first thought seeing that mugshot was that the story was fake. But really "she" is no worse than many other males who are really insisting that they are women, so . . .

If Mr. Lady is the worst name that teacher has been called, that person has not been teaching long.
