David Zimmer told the appalling story of Adbimahat Bille Mohamed at AmericanExperiment.org. Briefly, Mohamed is a serial rapist. In 2017, he raped a 15-year-old girl. He was not charged in the initial investigation, but was later identified through DNA. In 2024, he raped another woman. These are some of the charges he faced:
During the pre-trial phase of the May 2024 rape case, Mohamed’s DNA sample was entered into the DNA database. This test resulted in a match linking Mohamed to the 2017 rape of the 15-year-old girl in Minneapolis. The Hennepin County Attorney’s Office filed additional charges against Mohamed, adding two counts of 1st degree CSC (one involving an accomplice armed with a dangerous weapon), two counts of 2nd degree CSC, and one count of kidnapping to facilitate a felony. The county attorney’s office gave notice to Mohamed and the court that it intended to seek an upward departure from the sentencing guidelines, given the seriousness of the crime.
Incredibly, when the case was about to go to trial, the County Attorney’s office instead agreed to a downward departure that did not include jail time:~Snip~
So they let Mohamed go. Fewer than four months later, he committed another rape.
The Department of Justice under Pam Bondi had seen enough. The feds have now taken over the case:
In a statement, U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi blamed Minnesota’s “left-wing soft-on-crime policies” for putting innocent people at risk from a “Somali national.”

Our Somali community? What about the rape victim community? In Tim Walz’s Minnesota, the authorities are actively pro-crime.Commentary:
In Blue Plantation States and Cities the system of justice exists to protect the criminal and to keep law abiding people living in fear of the criminals and of law enforcement — which may not stomp on criminals, but will happily stomp on the law-abiding. The justice system is a system of control of the population. It’s not more than that.
This is pure evil. Not just the Islamofascist Muslim supremacist piece of excrement rapist-thug, but, the equally evil and just as culpable Dhimmi-crat politicians and so-called "prosecutors"/"District Attorneys" whose indefensible criminal-coddling and brazen betrayal of their office and of the public trust enabled the rapist's predictable, recidivist predations that extends directly into the office of the Attorney General of Minnesota.
The DA's and politicians who enabled and coddled this predator-thug should be thrown in jail, with him.
Even if perpetrators are convicted by a jury, in Minnesota they can go free on a judge’s whim, by using Muslim law. A Somali was recently convicted by a jury of a $7.3 million Medicaid fraud, but the leftist Minnesota judge said she thought his fraud might be a bookkeeping error and turned him loose.
This is an another example of the problems arising from importing foreign culture that have little to do with our own and people who are either unable or unwilling to adapt and assimilate. In some cultures, raping people outside the tribe is not considered taboo. In fact, it is allowed. Indeed, Sharia law allows rape and women are forced to accept it or if they complain be charged with adultery and executed by stoning.
