Indian programmers (contractors) are the worst. I am an Executive VP for a technology solution company that serves mostly the Energy Industry and we will never outsource to Indian contractors again. They may be cheap, but you get what you pay for. We now only hire our own programmers/technologists and have two Black guys on staff... but none of us ever thought about their race, so this lawsuit is puzzling and his name is not necessarily "Black". Now if an U.S. Citizen of Indian decent applied that would be a different story and we'd give that person a fair shot.
