Trump, a case challenging President Trump's executive order on birthright citizenship, with a definitive ruling highly anticipated by late June or early July 2026, before the end of their term, following arguments in spring 2026.
This case could significantly alter or uphold the long-standing principle of birthright citizenship in the U.S..
