what do you suggest the government do to suppress the free speech of corporate persons?

i'm also interested in what constitutional authority the government has to do such studies. none i suppose.

i think studies like this are useful in determining how many roach parts should be allowed in a box of cereal and such. but if it comes to eating bugs or dogs or people, the only thing that matters is hunger.

Pretty simple, just face up to the fact corporations aren't people. How hard is that? They have no standing as persons under the law, and their shareholders have no immunity from liability, as our Founders intended; limited liability was intended as a special exemption for things like public roads, canals, armories, etc. Corporate personhood scams came after the Civil War, when Republicans handed corporations like railroads massive privileges and welfare or the next 70 years, until they choked on their own greed and caused the Great Depression.
