Of course, the statement did not mention that King voted against the stimulus.
In all 114 'lawmakers' voted against the Obama stimulus package, then took credit for bringing $$$ into their states.
What they deserve is more tax cuts, right?

The voters are not believing you. Blue states are turning red. Prepare for another drubbing at the midterms, which is what even Democrats realize is going to happen as they retire in droves instead of becoming the minority party. And right there shows you the disconnect between the real inflation that folks are getting hit with and the promise of more "free" shit....Those two numbers should be much closer since more free shit will lead to more inflation.....Sadly it also speaks to the intelligence of the average voter.

In Obama's 2009 Reinvestment Act (the legislation that his lackey, Joe Biden, bases his Trillion dollar

That's the SALT deduction.
That was set to expire in three years anyway.
They haven't even worked out the details yet.
Sure beats the $2.3 trillion corporate tax cut, that Trump signed, that didn't do squat but make rich people richer.

Stock repurchases hit nearly $190 billion in the first quarter for the S&P 500, according to preliminary results from S&P Dow Jones Indices. The last time that record was set was just before the Great Recession, when companies bought up almost $172 billion of buybacks.

That’s right: The plan now is to raise the cap on state and local tax deductions for federal income taxes, otherwise known as SALT. The 2017 Trump reforms capped it at $10,000; Pelosi would raise that to $72,500 in 2021, then gradually to $80,000 over the next decade.
Per the Tax Foundation, this means a tax cut for more than 70 percent of US households making over $200,000, with those earning over $500,000 reaping the most benefits.
Trump capped SALT tax deductions. Pelosi raised those levels twice!
Doesn't that just make you angry? Not at Pelosi and the democrats, I'll bet.
Actually the economy is very good. When we talk about the monthly jobs report, we are talking about how many people decided to get jobs rather than how many were created. The radical right is fired up and determined to take over this country. The rest are not thinking very well right now.

Unfortunately the far right is motivated to vote while more moderate voters are not. A lot of Germans were asleep at the switch while Hitler took over. The same thingt could happen in 2022. If Trump gets his way, that may not happen. Trump is supporting far right wing radicals and Democrats need to call them out. They also need to call out Republican racists., Also wonder how voters are going to handle Republican deadbeats.
