70's Music

A song that is sooooooooo 1970s... Across 110th Street.
It has a 35 second intro, you will probably recognize it after that.

Never heard it. :dunno:
Sorry, didn't mean it was a major popular song - speaking for the sound of it and the lyrics.
It was a soundtrack song for the movie by the same name.
70s was jam packed with different sounds and music - the black "ghetto funk" is certainly a part of the "sound of the 70s"

This song is about heroin and probably sex. Apparently Steven did some. Perhaps it kept him younger for a long time. Just a theory. :dunno:

Aerosmith Rocks is one of a very-very-very few albums that are cover to cover good. No "skip" songs. No fillers. Every song is good.

They had several good albums. REO was like that too, IMO.
I was a fan of REO too, I actually saw them in 1984... touring with Survivor.
I had the albums -
"Tuna", Nine Lives, Hi Infidelity and Good Trouble. None after that.
I struggled with Good Trouble. I found it formulaic and kind of cheesy TBH
Like Journey, the 80s came and downhill they went - chasing the ballads.
