Pretty good. 30 chin-ups without stopping is pretty good....but he cheated on every one of them.
I had to do full extension and I out-weighted him by 50 lbs..
I could do 20 chin-ups and 80 pushups in under 5 mins when I was 40 yrs old and weighed 216 lbs.
And I had to do every one of them perfectly.

Course I didn't get in shape in prison either.
 
Seriously, no real human can do those thing, amiright?
 
Because you and I can't do what he did.

I read a book about jimmy carter once that said when jimmy was a kid he knew a guy who could do 25 straight ONE-ARMED chinups.!!
 
Push-ups and chin-ups are both exercises where it's easy to cheat. On a push-up you should go down and touch your nose to the floor. Lots of people just dip 6 inches and go back up.

We always had to make our arms perfectly horizontal to the ground, which means I had to touch my chest to the dirt.

What always harder for me was doing 80 situps in under 2 mins. We had to touch the ground with our shoulders.

What's harder is doing chin-ups behind your head, or doing handstand pushups.
