The Plastic Bag match, where Terry Funk pulled a pearl harbor job on the Nature Boy and put a plastic bag over his head.
Nowadays, plastic bags are virtually outlawed, but it was still a very controversial event.
Funk was suspended for Life plus 20 years for this event, although he appealed to the wrestling commission who overturned the suspension and order a steel cage match between Flair and Funk. Apparently in 1989, there was nothing in the official rules of the WCW that forbade the use of plastic bags. They corrected that omission later in the year.
