Our Returns for 2019...

1) We made $7,554 more than 2018.
2) We paid $335 more on that income.
3) We will receive $494 less of a rebate.

Overall difference we paid $829 more in taxes, for $7,554 higher income.
So we paid slightly higher taxes in 2019 vs. 2018.

I made more and worked less, paid less in 2019 than 2018, and will be getting back the same amount for a refund.
