K2 for it’s super technical, no room for error

Annupura - highest death rate due to unstable avalanches and crevasse

Both give you a 30 percent chance of death

Everest is easy compared to these 2

You can see why a person with training , love for climbing and $$ would want to give it a try.

I am broken down and would not last 1 hour

They rigged Everest so that it's relatively easy to climb but the problem is oxygen tolerance and endurance. It's hard to sympathize with adrenalin junkies anyway.

Yes Everest is super easy compared to several others

Not on my bucket list.
They pretty much turned Everest into a waiting line as groups try to summit. Not to mention the amount of trash that's left behind.
So much for the "If you pack it in, pack it out" ethics of a true outdoorsmen. Nothing environmental about it.

Basically just a bunch of rich assholes who pay others to carry their shit and set up the trail for them so they can possibly have bragging rights.
