The famous last insane run of the legend Jimmy Connors
Connors in the first round was getting blown out by Patrick Mac and down 2 sets and a break
. In tennis that means you lost . Jimmy did the impossible and won
Then the famous match gets Aaron krickstein - jimmy was down the entire match by huge margins but the Jewish kid could not finish him .
Connors would win his next match .
Jimmy eventually was destroyed by top player Jim courier in the semi finals!!
However in the finals : the great Edberg routed Couier
Jimmy just made some spectacular shots during those 12 days
It was one of my favorite US Opens ever .
