We somehow or another would have problems "maybe even more of them"!This country was and still is drunk with power .If not put in the right hands like "WE" (the people) it could become potentially destructive.People (some)who are faced with mortgage foreclosures were spending beyond their means.It's not realistic to purchase a condo at 1500 a month and your a nurse who makes 3000 a month before taxes.And then you still have your car payment ,gas ,insurance ,utilities,food,personal items(laundry soap to much )etc.O.k. Didn't Oprah already try this experiment? I believe she did, on a smaller scale. As the story goes (according to my other half), she gave some homeless guy $100,000.00 to see if he would use that money to improve the quality of his life.

He made absurd choices: He bought the owner of a recycling company (the same place he’d been taking his cans for cash too for years) a new vehicle. Then, he bought himself a new truck. Then, he got married, which eventually ended in divorce. Then, broke again, he resumed making a living, well existing, by turning cans into cash again. There’s a probably more to the story but, you get the picture, right?

That’s a good example of WHY NOT. In the end, this guy resumed his dysfunctional lifestyle, as would, I suspect, most of the lazy, ignorant, self proclaimed victims of society.
