Did they mean to storm the Capitol, or the White House, as it was done on 1/6/21 in order to get Trump out and keep him from being the President?

Did Hilary Clinton plan with those protesters for them to come to DC and do any of those violent actions? Did she do a rally and tell them to go to the Capitol or the White House?
