I am a classic liberal Pogo. I never change my stripes. I believe in the maximum amount of freedom for the individual and the minimum amount of power for the government. No matter how good the intent of the government is, eventually, if it is a collectivist government, some mad man (or woman) will get into power and the people will have no way to protect themselves. That has always been my position. I thank you for the rep.

The word has been co-opted in many variations. I generally prefer "bupkis" but many find it hard to pronounce so in this instance I chose "bupkus". I also prefer the classic "goat shit" definition but, alas, it's been sanitized to "nothing".
Yiddish used to be a fun language until it got yuppified.
