my pleasure OR. I think reconstructions trick people into thinking they are more accurate and precise than they really are but they are useful if taken in the right context.

I am serious about building an Earthship style house to retire in. I figure if I build it out of pocket, and not on credit, when I retire and sell my house I can roll the equity into my returement funds. Plus the advantage of building it yourself, in part or in whole, gives you more insight on how to maintain it, and the design is low energy consumption and the durability is potentially limitless. I mean, how do you destroy a steel belted radial that is packed hard with dirt?
