    We would, as kids, keep potties in our rooms at night... but then, if we didn't have them empty and clean at daylight we'd be in trouble. I didn't envy the adults. I had to be told and taught when and how to do the things needed... they already knew and had to show us. Sometimes the showing of things is under-appreciated to the point of embarrassment for some. *hearts*

    Honestly... we had one running water spout on our property. It was harder to be cold... but if we kept coal we could bank the fires at night and they would not be so difficult to start in the mornings. The smell, though, from some of the coal stayed with us... Only enough water to cook with and do dishes was necessary for the coldest parts of the year, as we didn't go too many places and we moved like slugs, so we didn't really sweat. *hearts*

    I have had to stop driving my 4x4 (the one in my sig) bc it only gets @14 mpg.
    Might as well be a hot rod.... ugh, maybe I will be able to afford it again soon. I just cant sell it... way too much blood sweat & tears in it to let it go.
