Howze yer weight loss goin? I weighed myself this morn, still 186 but I'm lifting weights more so I know it's "muskle". Converting more and more people at work with my own results.

Thank you for Rep...and No, I sure haven't checked into hypnosis. That never even entered my mind to be honest, I guess because my mind seems to take on so much, it sometimes doesn't have room for much else ~LoL~ It's really hard to explain the way my mind goes on....sometimes people don't understand. I know it sounds crazy, but I really really just don't seem to be able to sleep. I usually only sleep about 2 to 3 hours each night....I figure I will get all the sleep I need when I'm dead~
