Watch his fluid intake and peeing. Fever can dehydrate little ones quick... and swallowing probably hurts his little ears
Our little one had ear infections repeatedly until tubes placed.... and now he's just fine
(his adenoids got so big he was snoring and having short periods of sleep apnea poor baby)
