    LOL. I usually pick one of them, but have been known to do a write in. One election, I cast a vote for every single election on my ballot, except for president. That was the Dole-Clinton election. I just couldn't...just couldn't. I voted third party once, too - for Perot. But haven't yet voted for a monster. Good idea.

    I understand. I'd call the same types I would see during the last administration "Bush Groupies" - where they read any criticism as an affront to 'their man'. Same crap now with the Obamatrons. By default, we are partisan for criticizing. It's insanity.

    I am registered GOP, though, but only by accident. I used to live in MI. I didn't have to claim a party to be registered to vote. Back in 2003, I moved to this area. When I registered to vote, they asked me my party. Stunning. I told the DMV/MVA/whatever person that wasn't Maryland's business (I first lived in MD). She said if I wanted to vote, it was. I told her my party was the Donald Duck party. No good. She said I had to pick one of the two (which I found out was a lie - I could have said independent) so I picked GOP just because MD is Democratic and I was in a pissy mood - haven't bothered to change it.

    Anyway, both piss me off. I love The Hill and am glad to see others read it, so thanks for posting that.

    The idiots who live for the tit-for-tat obviously never stop and can never see the hypocrisy of their defense of it, either. It's not sad, it makes me angry. This is serious business.

    Even people that know me a year and seen me post a thousand times that i think the GoP sucks still accuse me of being a right wing 'neocon,' that is how ingrained the obamatron us/them mentality is.

    I totally notice that. I try to just stick to my guns and expose the hypocracy in a more subtle way than attacking them directly ;). Hence my "Both sides are doucebags" type comments. I figure its the only way to get it through some peoples thick ideological heads, but even still they find a way to avoid the truth.

    He really is. Honestly, I like him personally. How fun would it be to have a few beers with him? And, he gives the rest of us not 'hypmotized' with adoration for The Obama a window into some of the reality - or do I have that backwards and he gives The Obama a window view of reality? Regardless, he has some useful role in government.

    LOL. I was talking to another about him. He is seriously whiney with a bad case of lastworditis and not enough sense to know when he is tanking.
