RNC voter fraud prevention actions are limited to what a judge allows. The Obama appointed judge denied the appeal. It therefore can be easily understood that the democrats are able to cheat without any RNC interference.
Why settle? There are lots of reasons but now years later its clear it was not a good idea...democrats can't be trusted.
Then why did they message each pother about keeping the black vote down the NEXT election?
they entered the consent decree to AVOID being sued for millions of dollars.
If they did nothing wrong why didn't they go to court?
why did the courts have to police them for 30 Years?
why did they KEEP breaking this agreement and being taken to court over and over?
how does the courts refusing to allow republicans to do certain types of voter purging fro 30 years mean something different than voter disenfranchisement to you?
pretending this is not PUNISHMENT for cheating voters is insane
was it a reward for good behavior for the courts to WATCH their actions to keep them from cheating black voters?
