I think it’s still there, but I am more north Dale Mabry. I get on from Van Dyke road and take Dale Mabry to Waters when I go to work. I don’t end up that far south on DM all that frequently.
I take Dale Mabry to and from work every day. While I wouldn’t say it floods, there are certainly too many areas that get water buildup during harder rain.

I'd like to see the language in these licenses that says biases in programming are not allowed. Is serving the population a question of program content, or simply of allowing anyone to access the content? It seems more likely to me that it would be the latter.

A lot of the time it could depend on who owns the local station. Sinclair is, I think, the biggest one, and they’ve been shown to have their many local stations broadcast the same verbatim commentary around the country.
