Well, you know, the first story didn't tell the whole story. I'm always open to learning more facts and changing my opinion as they come out. With the original story, I was in favor of the mayor, but learning more facts, it seems he's off his rocker.

I can remember several times having to change where I was walking because some idiot dog was roaming free and when they don't get enough attention, they do turn feral and you do have to avoid them. I think children should be able to walk in their own neighborhoods and parks without having to worry about someone's loose dog.
