Untrue. It's the lack of firearms knowledge that can hurt someone. Suppose you want to disassemble your firearm for a good cleaning? You go to Youtube to find out how to do that.

Suppose there are no instructional firearms videos on Youtube? Then you could accidentally put it back together wrong, or leave out a part. Then you either have a non-functional firearm or a dangerous one.
