Fatherlessness and claims of racism in lieu of recognizing the depletion of family structure are democrat staples.

We have.

We invest money into neighborhoods by bringing jobs. They don't want the jobs (someone has convinced them it's a waste of effort because they can't get ahead)
We try to get rid of shitty teachers by busting the union that keeps them (someone demands those teachers stay in the classroom)
We try to rid the streets of the criminals and drugs that rot the community and tempt youths into criminal lives (someone protects criminals and demonize the cops that bring stability to a neighborhood)

If you mean Dems keep the people dependent and keep sending them a welfare check....sure.

Republicans MUST HAVE independent people with good incomes and people who want self defense to survive.

The funny thing is, the right need fear to keep people in check. The prison population is massive, and nothing comes of it, the US still has higher crime and murder than other first world countries that have lower prison populations.

Trying to make out the Republicans attempt to make things better is a joke.
