The R party can't claim the antiwar movement yet. Those like Romney and McConnell swing a lot of weight.

Not true. The leading Presidential candidates do not want war with Russia, a majority of Republicans are now against the War as polls clearly and consistently convey, and a growing majority in the House are also opposed.

It's only the neocon rump state at the tippety top who create the illusion of a "Uniparty" by siding with the Democrat warmongers.

But they are an increasing minority in their own party. (Mainly dinosaurs in the Senate who haven't moved out of the way for the younger members yet.)
