you can't grow your own food and consume for a group party or for your family

I applaud them...if you cannot see why people do not want to breath in unsafe air, that is your problem.

:clap2::clap2::clap2: for smoke free laws.

If they want to breath smoke-free air, they can go to establishments that don't allow smoking.

If you want to breath smoke, carbon monoxide, etc. because you are too weak to break that expensive, nasty addiction, do it in your own home.

Why are you thanking them? These are privately owned businesses that pay their Taxes as required by law. The Government should not have had the authority to ban smoking in their businesses. No one is forced to eat in a restaurant or bar that allows smoking. They just took more of our freedom & liberty away and you're thanking them for it. See,that mentality is exactly what's wrong with our country. Thank you Big Government Nanny State, may i have another. Crazy stuff. :cuckoo:

The same people that think government should issue a mandate here have problems with government issuing mandates on homsexuals and loose women.

Thats the problem with liberals on both sides of the isle, they all want big government, but they want big government to serve them and there ideology at the expense of everyone else.

Ron Paul 2012, cause the federal government doesnt have the right to issue mandates to anyone.

Second hand smoke from homosexuals and loose women? Since when? :eusa_eh:

Actually, I think someone should invent a head bubble, similar to a space helmet, so smokers can wear that whenever they want to smoke so that nasty carbon monoxide, etc is self contained.....then there would be no need for smoke free regs.

I'm sure that smokers would be willing to wear such a thing to allow themselves to smoke whereever they want.....since they are too weak to break their addiction.

Next,Big Government will probably ban smoking in all privately owned restaurants & bars too. Oh wait, they already did that. Yea Big Government is so awesome.

And I thank them for that. :clap2::clap2::clap2: Addicts not so much.

True, no one is forced to go to a restaurant or bar but when all bars are smoking and most of them are in restaurants...you tend not to go to bars when you're a non smoker. No free music for you.

I'm not saying that I was in favor of the no smoking law in private restaurants, I did feel they had the right to decide for themselves, but that doesn't mean I'm not taking advantage of the law now that it's so pleasant to go out.

Personally, I think most (not all) smokers are rude. My friend and I go to the casino early in the morning when there are few people there. The smoking section has a lot of new machines that the no smoking section doesn't. Often times I'll pick a bank of machines in the smoking sections, sit on the end, and a smoker will come along, see 10 machines, only one on the end being used, sit right down next to me and light up. I end up leaving immediately. I know they do it on purpose.

Also, I grew up in a smoking household. My parents smoked. My 4 siblings picked up the habit, I did not. I find it interesting that now, I'm the only one of my siblings to have lung problems.

You would think that, wouldn't you? The truth is that until the law banning smoking, there weren't any smoke free establishments around here.

I don't even smoke, turd. What makes you think you are entitled to impose your preferences on the owners of private property?

You don't smoke turds? Really? I would think that you do....all things considered.

But feel free to park yourself next to smokers all you want. If you are attracted to weak addicts.

Good points and i'm not a smoker either. But privately owned restaurants & bars should have the right to allow or not allow smoking in their own businesses. The Government should have never been allowed to get involved. No Citizen is forced to eat or drink anywhere. Their choices are their choices. They can choose to eat or drink at a non-smoking restaurant or bar.

I also find it so ironic that the people who cheerlead for this are the same people who routinely say "If you don't like the TSA fondling old people and children then just don't fly." The same exact argument applies to banning smoking in privately owned restaurants & bars. You don't like smoking, don't eat or drink in establishments that allow it. It really is that simple. Big Government cheerleaders are so confused.

Apparently you didn't notice the comma. That means you're the turd.

Thanks for playing!

Oh, I noticed the comma. Doesn't make your post nor you any less laughable. And you are quite welcome. This is a FUN game on you.
