George Washington's second term was March 4, 1793 or 3/04/93 (his first inauguration was April 30 1789 or 4/30/89). All subsequent inaugurations/ends of term occurred on March 4 until 1933 when the present date of January 20 began. Therefore Warren Harding was inaugurated 3/4/21 and not 1/20/21.

And I thought of that all by myself.
