You expect the Afghani people to love us?

They do have a demoncratically elected government now don't they?

Yeah it is aggravating when they do things we don't want them to....

People working a mine make good targets.

I figure an American could get a job there if they had the skills and wanted to be a target.

I'm for it--The Taliban may just lay down their weapons and help out. It would be way funner to make Mechas than hide in caves

"We've shot an amazing number of people and killed a number and to my knowledge, none has proven to have been a real threat to the force...

"To my knowledge, in the nine-plus months I've been here, not a single case where we have engaged in an escalation of force incident and hurt someone has it turned out that the vehicle had a suicide bomb or weapons in it and, in many cases, had families in it."

That was General Stanley McChrystal's acknowledgment that US forces have killed civilians who meant them no harm.

Why should any US citizen, individual or corporate, profit from the mass murder of Afghan civilians?
