Well let's see again you leap to the conclusion that I voted for George W. Bush, and last I checked he was not running in this election as well. It's rather like me going back to Bill Clinton and picking out qualities he had that are negative in order to prove the unsuitability of someone in this election, kinda stupid huh? Honestly, the 1965 argument sort of makes my my point for me, you say because everyone was doing drugs after 1965 well that pretty much makes it alright or normal? So that would explain the love affair with an unqualified person to be president then > everyone is doing it so why shouldnt I? Please don't dig up the Bush move-on.org crap jillian when you want to talk to me your better than that I dont mind a good civil debate, but seriously GWB? not a fan . still not, never even liked his dad. To answer your other question, I completly believe that in a time of War it is VERY important that our president have at the very least some military experience for the job, or minus that, some experience with the Military.

You're obviously blind, deaf and dumb. :eusa_hand:

Wow, imagine if I could do THIS while being blind deaf and dumb- I'd be a friggin' genius. Then again, it could be one of those fancy stephen hawkings computers.

Seriously guys, shady connections, terrorist friends, skipping out on military service, doing drugs. If he had been member of one of a handful of fraternities for the ultra-rich in his college years, he'd pretty much fit the job description to the dot.

Wait, did he??

That's a stretch at best. Obama kicked off his political career at a terrorist's home. This wasn't some frat boy friend of a friend of a friend who did a prank.

And we're not all guys here, bloke.

Okay did we step into a time warp and suddenly end up in 2004 ? I want to know, or is this just a grasp for facts, because you have nothing to comapre against the current man running for the job? Obama is running as the democrat in the race vs. McCain. If you want to comapre qualifications on these two let's debate. otherwise please call Mr. Hawking and go back to 2004 and debate the soon to be former president.

Oh yes, you must be talking about Mr. Obama's fellow University of Chicago professor William Ayers? Good point. Clock!!

For someone that has done all of that he is, Worn out - yes, Tired - yes, Old -yes, Out of touch - yes, Loyal to his country - yes! Very much so!

Do you or have you ever used drugs in the past? Yes. Viagra

Associated with Convicted felon? - yes

Had a Relationship with a nut? - yes, George Bush

How many bills have you ever written? Did you mean checks for all of my houses?

When did you vote for or against the war in iraq? Everytime and still do.

What is the largest budget other than your campaign you have ever done? My wife's wardrobe.

What is your position on defense? Is this a trick question? :eusa_shifty:

How many states are there in the United States? Let me ask my people, I know there are 7 - I have houses there.

what is your name? Let me ask George Bush but I think my name is, John S. McCain and I am running for president

:eusa_shifty:

He has flip flopped more than a grounded flounder.:eusa_whistle:

He has sold his soul for a chance at the presidency.:eusa_pray:

He chose a woman to bolster his chances of winning.

He is a loser. We already had another loser for 7 years, we don't need another.

Why is he ignoring the "accomplishments" of his repub predicessor?:eusa_shifty:

Well Ray interesting questions there, and Obama has not flip flopped? Let's face it all candidates change positions on issues to suit whats best for them. Obama does it, McCain does it, they all do it. As for selling his soul don't think I can answer that one. really as I wasnt there when old lucifer and John signed that contract. As for the choosing a woman, let's see so choosing a woman is automatically makes a person less than qualified? So applying that logic I can say choosing let's say someone from Del. perhaps might help me win the White House too? perhaps? Can't say I disgree with you too much on the GWB thing not a big fan there so don't get myself involved in debates on the merits of GWB's White House. Too answer your last question though perhaps the reason he is not using GWB is becuase is much much MUCH more qualified to be president than the current one we have or his opponent. but then again we all have our opinions.

Just how many threads do you libtards think you need to say the same damn thing repeatedly?

You are a loser. Some of these fuckwads I can understand, but I KNOW you are intillegent yet you still choose to act like a fuckwad.

Spoken like a true Gunny. takes me back to the day's of getting smacked in the forehead at NAS Pensacola by one of you Marine types. LOL

and lest we let the fact that it was at the behest of IL Senator Palmer who wanted to announce she was stepping down to run for COngress. I mean you make it sound like he was in the kitchen mixing fondue and planning a bombing.

What I find SO amusing and what keeps me coming back time and again is how painfully obvious it is that you Cons are shitting yourselves because you KNOW McCain isn't going to win this election.

IF ANY of you actually believe that Obama would or could lose you'd pack up your toys and go home to relax. But the truth is every indication is that the American people are SICK of the Repubs. McCain has burned his bridges as a moderate which might've gotten him elected at one time.

He won't attact the Hillary voters and he certainly won't attract the independents, not with Palin on the ticket.

so :eusa_clap: keep it up. This is so much fun!

Do you know whats really funny Silence, you can generally tell how much someone is doing well by the noise thier opponents make? Take for example how you Dems. worked yourselves into a freenzy over the Palin nomination, Its another indication of how totally hallow your candidate is and how much you need to divert attention away from his real qualifications , heaven forbid someone really some ask Obama anything he actually has to give an answer to what is qualifications are. As for the American's comment, last I checked it's the dems screwing things up so badly in congress they have a worse approval rating that GWB. So when you say we Americans or Americans are , sorta of temper that comment to we democrats, or we uninformed. or we Americans that are going to vote for Obama, because I think you and your hallow candidate are in for one big surprise come Nov.

Flip flop....

going from saying the rabid right are the "agents of intolerance" to putting someone up for the Veep spot who thinks creationism is science and abstinence only education actually has value.

That said, I'll agree with you that McCain's resume is certainly the more impressive of the two candidates. And, in fact, if we were dealing with McCain 2K, I'd be voting to hire him for the job.

But let's add to your applicaiton the fact that it is for the job of president... and we are NOT dealing with McCain 2K, but are dealing with McCain 2K plus 8 who seems to have sold out everything he stood for in exchange for the opportunity for the gig.

Do you need to know how to fly to be president? No. But you do need to know about the Constitution.

So, who is now the better applicantfor the job... candidate a) who is a constitutional scholar and former editor of the Harvard Law Review, or Candidate b) who thinks Justices shouldn't engage in judicial review which has been a cornerstone of constitutional law since Marbury v Madison?

As to that qualification, I vote for candidate A.

Now... the president should also know about economics, so who would you pick... candidate a) who is much smarter and has a much more rational approach to economics or candidate b) who acknowledges that he "doesn't know much about the economy" and is relying on failed policies that were failures almost 30 years ago when first instituted and for the past 8 years.

I vote Candidate A on that one.

A president also has to know WHEN to wage war...some wars are necessary but not all wars are. So, do you look to candidate a) who thinks the first option is diplomacy and war is a last resort when our national interests are threatened; or do you look to candidate b) whose first instinct is war when faced with nasty adversaries.

I vote candidate A yet again.

A president also has to pick a VP who is ready to take over in the event something happens to him. So, do you pick candidate A who picks an experienced person with impeccable credentials for the job or do you pick candidate b) who thnkks it's ok to stick us with a "pitbull in lipstick" who thinks creationism is science and who got to call herself mayor of the real life equivalent of Cicely, Alaska. (cue moose walking through town).

So, I guess the requirements for the job dictate the proper candidate.... and perhaps a bit of coke and pot in college isn't as important as not kissing the feet of the revs hagee and parsley.

and here we go ... flip flop, flip flop, flip flop ....:blahblah:

This from the same person who would not answer one question about her candidate; rather, deflected every thread she could to McCain and what-all libtards dream up to accuse him of.

If I read it a second time will I find "swiftboating" up there too?:cuckoo:
