Seems it's possible. All ya need is two million diameter metal spheres only about an atom's width apart and a black hole to toss them into. Easy.

Watching some doc last night they mentioned it as if it were thus feasible or possible. Makes the hurdles of warp drive seem a lot more sensible that's for sure. More worrisome though is if wormholes and warp drive are the only means to get around the galaxy we might be in trouble. Near future isn't even very practical using antimatter. To date we've made enough to light a matchstick.

Only good news it seems is until we sort ourselves out, pushing out into the cosmos isn't anything we outta be doing anyway. Whole notion of finding another planet to inhabit is riduculous if the reason for doing so is we messed this one up. How about we learn instead about how to live well without killing planets in the process. Oh ya, and if we can figure out how to live without killing each other too, that'd be swell.
