i can show you some Mexicans from Mexico that would dispute Mexico being on that list....they are not to fond of Mexican Doctors.....i worked with a guy who brought his dad up here to see a Doctor up here because he was getting some pretty shabby treatment down there....and yes he paid for his dads treatment ......
