Ever been choosing or been chosen for work reasons, definite product or indefinite, and run into ethical concerns? Thanks if you would like to contribute! I'm examining the "Work product", only agreed outcomes are benefitted. "synergy" is my working title on benefitting to the social glues that create the work, employer or whomever. "promotability" is what I'm looking at specifically, actually. Any better words? Do you think Work Ethics involves other words, or a larger venn diagram, or maybe another diagram entirely? Well, you want to be able to immediately explain , promote, and visibly display and benefit to any and every party.
How do organizations handle setbacks, and how to confront credulity against fair operation or existence? I said I'm looking at promotability. Take the Marketing example on this, an underpriced car is expected to be damaged and an unpromoted one too, and Value creates itself in some cases.
Let's say, 9 of 10 guided focuses of meeting are say the Completed Assignment Actualized that Produces Work, Synergizes, and is Promotable, and one guided focus is the Wardrobe listed , looking snappy could eventually produce Promotability, definitely not a Work Product, in any shape I know of.

Their article has a few abnormal things. It lists Assumptions about World View! I'm not too sure what work we are performing, perhaps Marketing, that society's worldview is in your internal Work Ethic. Well, if the Work is Defined by a presumably above board legal person, you don't look around for congruence in Society for the successful ethical work.
Most of these should be regularly reported, checked, by the Meta Organization, by reports, be visited by relatives. This is totally necessary and equal to the others for Promotability!
I think synergy is Always not stepping on anybody else you work with for the larger productive outcomes than done alone. I remember a project doing All the work simply Did Not make anyone else happy! You can like the diagram do All the work and then you Can make others who wanted to experience the work unhappy. to your best ability to attain information from them directly about their best outcomes.
Carefully Promotable works won't be corrupted into time-wasting by evaluations. Synergizing won't produce hard feelings that don't align with expectations. Of course Synergizing I think, and Promotability, can be Heavy influencers on what is your Work Product, anyway.
In Ethics, does the organization widening its objectives, introduce wider ethical vulnerability? Say you are an organizational shoemaker and the company widens to airplane production, and it wouldn't make any sense for the shoe department's culpability in the airline department. The FAA shouldn't visit, but it does.
