I went to many High School parties as a kid and never attacked anyone. However, someone could come out now 35 years later say I did and there's little recourse I have other than to say I didn't.

I've heard arguments that Kavanaugh shouldn't be held responsible for what he did as a teenager as he's a different person now than he was then.

While I reject the argument, it also fails its internal logic if she's accurate: as it demonstrates that Kavanaugh is more than willing to lie today to cover up an attempted forcible rape.

Which is a characteristic I do NOT want in a Supreme Court Justice.
