Dubai is mainly for the tourists so the officials don't require women to cover themselves up. However, it is a different story in Saudi Arabia. I guess you are like the radical Muslims and believe that all Gays should be killed. Those pictures of the Gays swinging at the end of a noose in Iran must have turned you on.
