With whom do Ukrainian army actually wage a war?

Does every local war have occasional losses?? We hope not. But look what did happen in the Ukraine of late.

That is how ordinary monitors may suffer in this strange conflict. This accident shows what a chaos predominate the Ukraine now. It also proves that we are not able to protect our representatives there.

We are ready to see "war with terrorism" everywhere. Even in the civil war in the Ukraine.

Killing of civilians is a terrible thing and has no justification. As well as militia's "hamas method"- shooting from civilian facilities that provoke counter-strikes from Ukrainian artillery.
