Well no he won't be homeless seeing as he lives officially at mar a Lago.

But he is going to lose several of his properties in new york. He could theoretically keep trump tower if he wants to put it in his own name instead of his companies and pay personal property taxes on it. I'm not sure whether or not he'd want that Since the whole point of the arrangement was that the building wasn't his company's name and the company paid tax on it instead of him. He's going to be losing a lot of revenue with his company being banned from operating in new york, where the majority of his properties were. So he might want to just sell the building instead of putting it in his own name.

Historically, core court orders like that have only applied to properties that are used solely for business purposes. There's a good chance that if he wanted to take private ownership of the apartment itself that he uses in trump tower tower, Then the courts would allow it. If that happens then he could privately own the apartment, While the rest of the building is owned by someone else, And they are treated like two separate properties that are connected.

But I doubt that he would want that given his reduced revenue from Losing the vast majority of his properties.

Here's the deal, Trump wants to appeal the trial conviction ... otherwise if he doesn't appeal he has to come up with the money right there and then ...... if they don't have the money the state will start taking everything you own to pay for your debt ... this has been the way the government tries to get whoever is harmed ... trump isn't being abused by the judges by taking his property ... it the only way someone can get paid ...trump is the one who is abusing the state for not paying for debt to the state that he owes ...... now after saying this anybody who is sued this is how you get your money ... whoever appeals a case you have to put up your money to appeal that the law ... the reason is people have been known to hide their money if they have time to hide it ... the reason the court doesn't take the property is it might t be said for instance worth 2 billion dollars for it ... but it holds a debt of 1.75 billion if they sell it that 1.75 billion has to be paid off ... so they have to keep taking more property until the have the 450 million dollar debt... they keep selling it until he has the 459 million

Mara Lago can't be seized or sold. It's an historic trust.

Mar-a-lago is owned by The Mar-a-lago club, Inc. Donald Trump transferred his ownership into his corporation. The property is subject to a national trust that limits its uses. (That is why the court valued Mar-a-lago low because what the property can used for it is severely limited) The National Trust does not own Mar-a-lago. The AG may not be able to levy the property per se, but the AG can go after Trump’s shares in Mar-a-lago Club, Inc and attach those shares, though that depends on how those shares are titled. My feeling is that Donald owns those shares outright, but who knows.
