If we take the MEK as a precedent, its history and reasons for being on the U.S. terrorist list and the nature of its de-listing could the PKK group follow a similar path, especially under circumstances whereby it continues to proves to be a valuable ground component of the campaign against ISIS and is able to reach a peace accord with Turkey.
