That's why the U.S. set up its own puppet regime, which eventually fell apart, and then started to make deals with the Islamic fundamentalists in power. Meanwhile, as were making deals with the latter, they were funding similar recruited by U.S. ally Saudi Arabia and trained by U.S. ally Pakistan, to counter the Soviets in Afghanistan, which the U.S. eventually invaded, and then later occupied and even with the help of...Russia.

That was central to the problem and the reason Mossadeeg lobbied the British to increase Iran's share.

The British were paying 6 cents on the dollar directly to the Shah and there was no money to invest in healthcare, education, power plants or clean water. Most Iranians were very poor. I was in Iran in 1953 and I remember the adults talking about it. They thought Eisenhower made a serious mistake.

The British responded to the Mossadeeg by claiming he was a Communist. To the present day BP is a shitty oil company.

Aramco was paying 50% since 1951.

Finally I solved this paradox.

Hitler's "socialism" was a fiction. The First International was indeed right-wing, it was progressivism. The proletarians of the world united in the fight against corporations and sought ownership of the means of production.

The swastika was one of the symbols of this struggle. The proletariat was really right.
The swastika came from America in the roaring 20s, it had nothing to do with pan-Germanism and Prussianism. Apparently, Hitler was just a front for the behind-the-scenes struggle between the Prussians and the Americans.



The left wing of the Workers' Party was the opposite side. They defended the Marxist model, which was inherited from Von Bismarck's Junker socialism.

Apparently throughout WW2 there was a struggle and there was no single German National Socialism. Power was taken alternately by right and left. All the events of the war depended on which wing was in the Reichstag at the current moment.
