Trump's effect has been the greatest on black people in my opinion. Rioting and shoplifting is growing and businesses are turning to relief from an insurance company.
Without an attitude change by whites, it's going to get much worse.
Alternately, Trump's effect has encouraged white Americans to vigilante justice and gun violence.
