McCain's approval rating among all women, and even white women is down since he picked Palin. McCain's pander for the women vote was pathetic and nobody fell for it. Particularly women. Palin is only helping with the base - the christian theocrats. You can have that vote.
It would take a republican like you to assume that women need to be lied to and manipulated.
Women aren't as stupid as you neanderthal conservative men think they are. I am quite confident in women's ability to think for themselves, and I'm quite confident the majority of them will see Palin for what she is: an inexperienced christian theocrat who has no business being a heart beat away from the presidency. I'm not worried about it.
Palin is helping the base, the NRA crowd,Women etc.. the list is long. If it wasn't for Governor Palin the Republican ticket wouldn't be gaining the base, conservative demos and independants. Which would be why you hate her so much.
BTW it is not I who think women are manipulated by lies..... that would be the Obots at Huffpost.

Eat crow,Hell yes,to win this election
The Obama team is suddenly making a huge effort to gain women's votes, but many die-hard Hillary supporters -- dozens of my acquaintances -- remain bruised and confused. The fact that Palin is on the ticket when HRC wasn't even vetted may turn out to have been the major gaffe of Axelrod and Company, and the tipping point of this tight election.
If you've been an outspoken Obama supporter from the beginning, it's time to make amends with Hillary supporters you know. Arguing with, or browbeating them to get on board is counterproductive, but showing you've come around to respecting Hillary may ease their hurt enough to do the trick. (Even if you don't mean it. This is politics.)
Here's what you can do:
