Quite frankly, I don't expect him to release them this year either. So we need to just accept that and attack his record as President. Hold Him accountable for what he has done and what he wants to do this nation. We can beat him based on idealogy if we are focused. But my guess is he wants people distracted with him not releasing his record so he can try to marginalize us by claiming we are some conspiracy nutjobs.

Actually, Newt is the best debater by far. He is the most adept at backroom, cutthroat politics. And he probably understands more how Guvment works and doesn't work than any of the others. But is carrying far too much baggage to be taken seriously.

I agree with Jillian to a degree. Palin never does anything unless it will benefit her. I expect the worse thing that could happen for Palin's political future would be for Romney to wrap up the GOP nomination. She is hoping Newt can win some states in the south and create chaos in the Republican Party. Honestly, that is her only chance to have any influence at the convention.

I thought Ron Paul was one of the originators of the Tea Party movement? They share certain passions and ideals. Has the Tea Party morphed into just another muted segment of the Republican Party? It seems the fire and brimestone of the baggers has been replaced by a submissive passivity that is hardly leaving an image in any political poll. i disagree with your second point because that could be said about any politician but your first point is very intriguing.

fair enough about my second point. i think some are more altruistic than others. but i see where you're coming from.

on the other hand though, If she really wanted the nomination why wouldn't she just run? She would pry be the front runner. I don't personally like her because I think her experience level is sub par but I think she'd still be the front runner.

because that would have required that she do the debate circuit and get scrutinized. she didn't do so well with that last time. plus, she was able to keep collecting her salary and didn't have to give up her broadcasting job.

i don't like her because i think someone who says there are "pro america parts of the country" has no business being in the white house in any capacity. i also think she's ignorant of basic things that anyone who aspires to the big job should know.

I think the TP is alive as it always was... The TP has no rules on who can be in it, so a huge amount of the Reps just said "I'm a TP guy!!" Thing is they were still the same old Neocons as before the TP came to be.

The Ron Paul part of the TP has grown, but I don't think they were ever people that cared about being a "TP" club.

Her issues with Santorum isnt Catholicism. It's Statements Santorum made about her to create conflict between them, from what Im told.
