Why is it that entire departments of law and constitional law

Why is it that entire departments of law and constitutional law throughout this country agree with my point of view that government has the power to invest and do the interest of the people? Yet, some of the most backwards people from the most backwards places in this country think they understand the constitution better? The congress has the power and the constitution is more or less a guide into what not to do!

You attack helping people that is completely constitutional but when Donald Trump wishes to silence the media and the republican party in 17 states wishes to stop protest...That is directly against the constitutional right of freedom of speech and freedom to assemble you go right along with it!. Hell, you bitch about state rights but then want to throw someone in prison for smoking a leaf and keep on wanting to keep this the most imprisoned nation on earth! Fuck state rights when it comes to that you scream!!!! Your logic can't be followed by anyone that wishes better for America.

We're only a developed country today because we maintain our infrastructure, seek to provide some form of healthcare/safetynet for our population and educate them. How is this a bad thing for anyone that wishes America to be a modern nation? If it is truly unconstitutional then it is time to have a convention to modernize so we can remain a country that protects our poor, workers, and strives for better.
