So, does the 2nd amendment not cover automatic weapons because there is an implied limitation on the degree of firepower a weapon can possess for it to fall under the protection of the 2nd amendment?
There are thousand of fully automatic weapons out there, I think the feds are over regulating them, but it would take someone that owns one to challenge regulations in court.
If you want to buy one nobody is stopping you.
Of course it does, the only requirement is a background check and a $400 Federal Firearms License.
We can all see that you're not only ignorant about the wording in the Second Amendment, you're also ignorant of Federal law.
Surely the founders had automatic muskets when they were in the "militia"...
