Much of the American Left, and the Democrats think U.S. Sovereignty is an obstacle. I don't understand why as the Constitution, and our Republic try to uphold Natural Rights, at least in theory. Why would people want to give up Rights? Why would people want to cede authority to governance even farther away, with no accountability, nor way to hold them responsible, and make changes?
