When somebody says hey, we should do something to confront these issues. In response left these will say

“you’re a sexist. You’re a misogynist. You want women back in the kitchen”

They offer up no solution to the statistics brought forth. And so the cycle of viciousness and struggle continues in America.

But there is hope there have been many Americans who have rejected the far left ..people like Harrison Butker who praises traditional values. Many Americans are agreeing with people like Butker. Things like that provides hope for the future.

So it's the lack of economic opportunities. By the time a guy finally pays off his debt and can buy a home it's too late to get married. After he pays off his student loans and everone else he doesn't want to pay for a wedding or have kids.

You boomers sure had it good. You could afford to have kids and retire fairly early. Well we want that. We want what you got.

Some blue collar jobs pay better that white collar jobs that require a 4 year agree. A qualified electrician, heating and air tech, welder, plumber, pipe fitter etc can do quite well.

Good points except I’m not a boomer. It appears that like myself you want a return to how things were in the 1950s when we had a better middle-class and a better society, socially speaking. We certainly need to return to that era without the segregation. And women were working in those days too we had female political leaders in those days.

Modern America is filled with mass school shootings, gang violence, vandalism, drug use, a record level of lonely young people, unaffordable homes, patriotism and a sense of community at an all-time low among the youth. It’s going to be a steep hill to climb to overcome these issues but it is possible.

There are reasons for the conditions you typed. And that is one of them. Unions also contain a percentage of people who are not very good. An economic downturn will reduce pay, benefits and pensions though from necessity and of course there will be more grandfathering unless it is a severe problem.

The only problem is the auto unions took huge concessions back in 2009 to save their companies. And no raises in the years to follow. Then 2023 they noticed how good the company and CEO were doing.
