The medical industry does sell synthetic morphine.

And it can be found on the street, generally in pill form.

I think that if it was on the streets, no one would buy anything else.
Opiate addicts don't buy synthetic surrogates because they like it, they just don't have a choice.

This is wrong. All synthetic drugs are significantly inferior to natural ones, so this matters.

No the opioid, fentanyl, can't be said to be inferior. Ever had a colonoscopy?

The answer to the OP is cost ... we can make synthetic cocaine, but it's a major pain-in-the-ass ... so much cheaper and easier to just extract it from a plant ... same with synthetic THC, marijuana grows like a weed all over the Midwest so it's cheaper ...

On the other paw, take [deleted] and mix it with [deleted] in a mild [deleted] bath for 48 hours, use [deleted] to cleat the [deleted], drain the percipitate and dry ... either [deleted] right then and there or add [deleted] and redo [deleted] until your satisfied ... a quick easy ten minute high ...
