Both parties rig the game with super delegates award to sitting legislators and congressmen and donors. And, yes, they count as much as do the elected delegates. In reality, it is a combination of primary elections and pow wow super delegate behind the scenes horse trading.

she's learned from her mistakes and worked on getting the unpledged super delegates commitments EARLY on in the run, this time around....

there are still about 50% of the super delegates that have not committed to any candidates AND the 50% that have committed to her can change their commitments up until the convention's final vote....that's why they are UNPLEDGED Delegates

too late for this election, cant change the rules midstream

but we could try to get the DNC to change the rules on super delegates and caucuses and make it primary votes only, count in the future elections...

super delegates account for almost 20% of the delegates, NOT 27% and half of them have NOT committed to her....
