I heard that Milosevic "accused" a united Germany, although in fact the Serbian terrorists were neutralized by the United States, but perhaps he assumed that Germany allegedly pressed on the United States, or he assumed that it was some kind of "Austro-Hungarian revanchism" in Unated Germany, or it was just a very cunning Serb who said something that is impossible to understand and said on purpose that someone would think that Germany is against the Serbs.

That is like saying American Roma or British Pakistani, Black German etc. It is a combination of nationality (austrian), cultural roots (serbian) and ancestry (roma). I dont know why you make the fun smileys (other threads) when you say that or the dots .... as if it is funny.
