Who Dropped a Dime on Herman Cain?

Who Dropped a Dime on Herman Cain?

This Cain story has Rove written all over it. There is no way it was liberals. Liberals would love nothing better to have Cain be the nominee. Obama would win in a landslide.

And if you think that Obama would LOVE to go up against Cain, you are allowing your PC glasses cloud reality.

There are many African Americans that are not happy with Obama and would go for another African American regardless of party......likely losing about 30% of them

Now add into that the fact that the young vote voted for Obama based on him being black....well, he will found himslef losing another 30% of that vote

Now.....have your fun calling me a racist and all of the other good stuff you will likely use to divert from reality..

But the truth is...Cain is one of two of Obamas worse nightmares.

Newt is the other one.

You're dreaming.

For one thing, Cain has absolutely NO political experience.

Two, Cain has flip-flopped on major issues several times recently, more egregiously than I've ever seen anyone do before. He ain't anywhere NEAR ready for primetime, J.

And thirdly, he's repeatedly and flagrantly lied his ass off over this sexual harrassment issue in the span of just a few hours. Put him on the campaign trail against Obama, and he'll implode faster than Sarah Palin can call him 'Herb.'

Obama lied 3 times regarding his relationship with ayers.
That had no affect on him.

Obama has spent the last 3 years flip flopping on major issues...such as GITMO and lobbyists.

So I am not dreaming. I am just not allowing my ideology cloud my thinking as it pertains to the way the electorate votes.

And by the way...I am not a Cain fan by any means.

I never got the impression that Obama and Ayers were particularly close. The only met because they were appointed to the same committee by the mayor of Chicago. Since Ayers was politically active and lived in the same neighborhood, I think Obama realized that Ayers was a local stepping stone to state elective office. I bet that every politician in America just getting started accepts help from influential people who he later distances himself from due to a questionable past or present.

Sometime you should look up how Harry Truman got his start in politics and his connection to Tom Pendergast. His reputation survived that connection. Just like Nixon survived his friendship with Bebe Rebozo, Bush 43 survived his connection to Ken Lay, and Jimmy Carter survived his friendship with (and appointment of) Bert Lance as OMB Director.

Serious question: Do you want people to think you're a fucking idiot? Because you're doing a really good job of it.

Anyone who votes anything other than c is a fucking idiot.

really, dear?

and i think you have to be a putz to vote for the rightwingnuts who got us here.

Do you EVER engage your mind?

Or do you just beleive everything the liberals tell you.

How long has Obama been in office. Yet it's the right wing that got us here?

Seriously??????

Do you think that's going to work going into 2012?

:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

The American public blame Bush (over Obama) for the current state of the economy by some 20 percentage points.

Why is that exactly? People offer their opinions on this board all the time. And frankly, I'm surprised (I'm even surprised that I'm surprised) how often those 'opinions' of events are colored by various individuals' partisanship. For example, how about all this anti-Obama rhetoric going on about pulling the troops out of Iraq. Well, for one thing, the date of withdrawl (the end of this year) was negotiated by the Bush administration. And secondly, if American troops won't have legal immunity in Iraq, any American president would be crazy to leave the troops there if there was ANY possiblity that US soldiers or marines could be arrested, tried in an Iraqi court, and possibly imprisoned or executed.

So, with Cain, what would be the motivation for liberals or Democrats to send this info about his past to politico? Although I believe that Obama and the Democrats would LOVE for Cain to be the nominee, Cain is NOT yet the nominee. So, what would be the point?

when Obama was behind in the polls to Hillary, what was the point for the GOP to start the controversy regarding the birth certificate? You are aware, of course, that the GOP was blamed for it?

I don't recall any BC controversy during the Democratic primary process of 2007 and 2008. Maybe it happened, but I don't think it really got any serious traction. However, the right has certainly run with the idea for years and years, haven't they? It was ALL OVER the Internet, talk radio, TV, and the newspapers. Hell, even members of Congress wouldn't dismiss it outright.

In other words you don't know what you are talking about.

But the Hillary camp DID start the controversy over the birth certificate AND they were the ones that called Obama the Magic Negro!

Obama the 'Magic Negro' - latimes.com

There are still IDIOT LIBERALS LIKE JOY BEHAR that think Rush Limbaugh called Obama the Magic Negro, because Rush made a parody song about the David Ehrenstein article.

Then there were the claims in the media for Hillary that Obama wasn't black enough because his mother was white.

Anyone remember when Hillary said that Obama wouldn't be a good president because he hadn't done the SPADE work necessary? I sure do!

Has Obama done his "spadework" or is Hillary making a racial slur?, page 1

So cut the bullshit libs.

You can play the race card all you want, but it isn't going to work. WE CONSERVATIVES HAVE VERY LONG MEMORIES, and there is too much of a record of who is responsible for the racist smears for you to lie about who's responsible.

Want some cheese to go with that whine?

I mean seriously...

WTF would it gain the Dems to do this to Cain?

What do they stand to gain by implementing such a campaign against such a whopping lowlife at this stage?

Get some damn common sense for a change...whydontcha!?!?

Seriously??????????

You have to be either really stupid, or trying your best to type this with a straight face.

EVERY TIME we have a black conservative threaten Democrat power, they pull this.

You telling me Clarence Thomas was too long ago for you to remember?

Or is that liberal kool-aid you drinking laced with something?

:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

Probably the RNC.

They know he can't win the general election and yet he's been surging in the polls for the Republican contender. They needed to get rid of him.

Don't tell me they didn't know his past right from the beginning.

:eusa_hand:

The man who is most afraid of running against Cain is OBAMA.

There goes his plan of using the race card if Cain is his opponent.

Let's face it. Obama has #ucked up the economy and the Middle East. He's Jimmy Carter on steroids.

Obama doesn't have any LEFT to run on but the race card.

This is act of desperation by the left, and they will use the same desperate smears against ANY Republican front runner.

Well, despite all this talk from the right that liberals and the liberal mainstream media are behind the release of information about Herman Cain's past sexual harrassment case, I personally think it's far more likely that this 'opposition research' info was offered up to Politico by either other Republican candidates (and/or their staffs) who are trying to torpedo Cain's candidacy for their own benefit or the GOP establishment that doesn't want Cain to win the nomination.

Hence, the poll question.

So far, politico isn't saying where they got this information. Personally, I hope that info eventually comes out regardless of which side offered it to Politico.

Nice question, it could be both because there are almost no differences between Dems and RINO Candidates.

When liberals hold Bill Clinton and John Edwards as accountable for REAL sexual misconduct as they want to hold Clarence Thomas and Herman Cain for innuendo, I'll take their charges seriously.

It's pretty obvious the left are trying the same tactic against Cain they tried against Thomas.

The thing the left fears most is a black man who speaks his own mind and not the left's.

Keep smearing us left, the country isn't listening. They are too busying noticing the conduct of a very imcompetent president, Barack Insane Obama.

:blahblah:

why dont you tell us how many vote clinton and edwards got after their scandles broke?

here, lets count them together......

zero point zero.....

now, lets see how many republican votes gingrich... and now cain.. get after their sexual misconducts..... it will be more than clinton and edwards got.......

funny how two settled lawsuits are now considered "innuendo"........

Um nice try but the left did all they could to COVER UP those two scandals, including Newspeak (I mean News Week) SPIKING the Monica Lewinsky Story.

They covered up the Edwards story all through the 2004 election.

Are you telling me they are trying to cover up this story?

They are doing all they can to damage Cain.

So keep trying to tell me there's no hypocrisy. I like playing with chew toys.

Cain has no political experience????????

AS COMPARED TO WHAT???????? OBAMA?????????????? :lmao:

Are you serious???????????????? :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

It never amazes me the stupidity that comes out of liberals mouths (computers) the closer we get to the 2012 election!:lol::lol::lol:

Do you IDIOT LIBERALS ever even TRY to think before you open your mouths????

You libs didn't care about political experience when you drank the Obama kool-aid, now you lecture us on caring about that issue????????? :lmao:

THAT'S REALLY STUPID, but I don't expect you to grasp that. If you could you wouldn't be liberal.

Oh, I know what you are will say next, "I'm not liberal, I'm just concerned for the country." Yeah YEAH YEAH :blahblah:

And you have evidence Cain is lying about sexual harrassment???????

Funny, the Politico doesn't. They say Cain has to provide it.

Can you share with us what evidence you have that the Politico doesn't have?

You libs are so desperate to get rid of Cain. He must scare the crap out of you!

:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

He must be vetted anyway. He must be able to stand the true scrutiny he will get.

The one Obama did NOT get. (To this Canadian's eyes)

I always find it laughable the way libs will try to use inuendo against conservatives, but they will turn a blind eye against obvious wrong doing by their own guys.

This is nothing more than the Clarence Thomas tactic being used against Cain, and they don't even have as much ammo as they used against Clarence Thomas.

There is no Anita Hill. There's coke can. There's no "pubic hair."

There's "non sexual guestures" that made some woman feel "uncomfortable."

Geeze Louise! If I had a DIME for every employer or client who talked to my chest (instead of my face) or moved in close when they talked (so they could look down my dress), I would be finacially independent.

I would never think of ruining a man's career over something so stupid. Men are pigs, they do stuff like that.

If you are going to make it a crime for men to look you might as well pass a law to blind men when they pass puberty, because that's the only way you are going to stop that. It's the nature of the beast.

But as long as they never put their hands on me or asked me for sexual favors, it's not HARRASEMENT for pity sake. It's just men being men!

This case is simply two women who found a way to bilk money from the Restaurant association.

That's probably why they won't come forward. They know that's what they did and they don't want to bring attention to that.
